My birthday:
Oh dad! And you mum!
Where were you yesterday?
It was my birthday.
Everybody was here,
Only you dad, and you mum, you weren't.
I looked for you all the time,
But I could not find you.
I was sure dad, you were with your wife,
And you mum with your husband.
But me, I was alone,
Someone asked me if I was happy
I said to them "I am"
But in fact, I am never happy,
Because you are never with me
I waited for you all the time
But you did not come.
Did you forget it?
Or did you forget me?
Oh dad! And you mum!
Where were you yesterday?
It was my birthday.
I was crying all the time,
People tried to relieve me
But your absence affected me,
It left a deep emptiness
I was unable to continue
I wished if I was dead in that time
Without you, I was feeble
Don't be silent, I beg you
Just a word from your lips
I felt as in hell
The candles were lit
They were lit all the time
But I lived in the dark
I could not blow them out
Because I waited for you,
I was sure you were coming
But I was disappointed,
And so was everybody.
Oh dad! And you mum!
Where were you yesterday?
It was my birthday.
It's for me:
It's for me to dance,
Just for me to dance,
Enjoying your sweet voice
And sharing your beautiful smile.
It's for me to sing too,
Forgetting my sorrow and grief,
And getting good memories back.
It's just for me to shake,
When seeing so many stars,
Shining high up in the sky.
It's also for me to shout,
While hearing the life,
And so breathing the air.
But it's for me to cry,
Only crying for nothing,
As the rain always cries,
And the wind complains.
It's for me and so for you,
To play with one other,
And stay with each other.
We are together:
There's nothing you can fear,
I am beside you my dear,
But I just cannot bear,
While seeing your tear,
In each time I appear,
Please don't make me tear,
All that I should wear
But I'll always be near
Only for you I swear.
To whisper into your ear,
Saying: I love you my dear,
And making the world hear,
That our love is really clear.
And then we can disappear,
For a month or even a year.
